NY Mets Make Roster Moves |

 The mets have called Up infielder/outfielder Fernando Tatis, Pitcher Jason Vargas and Matt Wise is now off the 15 day disable list. Angel Pagan has been put on the 15-day disable list, let's hope he comes back strong at the plate.
Matt Wise went 0-1 ERA 9.00 for the year.
The Mets were not done yet, as Both Nelson Figueroa and Jorge Sosa have been designated for assignment. It's a shame that Nelson had to go, but the fact of the matter is, he was throwing too many balls and not going after hitters. Nelson Figueroa went 2-3 ERA 5.12 Current Month: 8.10 Last 30 Days: 5.28Jorge Sosa went 4-1 ERA 7.06 Current Month: 7.20 Last 30 Days: 7.62
Update on Pedro Martinez:The report quoted Martinez as saying, "Not depressed. I'm not that kind of person that gets depressed, but it's frustrating [after] how hard I worked. My arm is feeling great. My arm really hasn't given me any problems and now a hamstring. A hamstring, out of all cases a hamstring. Go figure." Martinez said that he needs to pitch before he can assess where he stands and where he thinks he may stand when he does return. "Pitching and being great is not about talking," he said. "It's not talking that defines greatness. Greats are defined inside the white lines. That's where you become great or you become whatever you are. As far as Port St. Lucie, [Fla.], and rehab, I'm nothing. Nothing counts. It's all wasted words." "It's something that you just have to wait for it to heal," Martinez said.  AOL.com is reporting that Jessica Simpson and Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo are no longer dating. I still dont believe it, these two have been chasing the media since they started dating. According to TheseBootsAreMadeforStalking, the football player spent a rowdy weekend in Chicago with several college friends where he allegedly admitted that he and Simpson had ended their relationship.
"He told us they broke up and that was that. We're guys so we didn't talk about it much," a friend of Romo's told the blog.
Meanwhile, the Cowboy spent his time "surrounded by girls," an eyewitness who saw the group at a nightclub in the Windy City, said.
Another source added, "He zeroed in on one blonde all night. That blonde wasn't Jessica Simpson."
