Gilligames, an independent developer and publisher of PC games, today announced that their musical simulation/role-playing game, “Shady O’Grady’s(tm) Rising Star” for Windows PCs, is now available as a download for $29 at www.gilligames.com. The CD- ROM version is available for $36, and will ship on March 1, 2007. A free playable demo will be available for download next week.

In Rising Star, you start out as an 18-year old rookie musician in one of 10 music types: rock and roll, jazz, ska, rap, pop, blues, metal, punk, folk, or country.
