El-P "Flyentology" video & free Def Jux Album download |

Adult Swim has animated a video for El-P's first single "Flyentology" (featuring Trent Resnor) from his new album I'll Sleep When You're Dead.
About the song: often non-religious people, when faced with impending doom, find themselves on their knees, hands clasped, hollering "Hail Marys." "Flyentology" refers to this religious phenomenon that El-P experienced while an engine on the plane he was traveling on burst into flames.
About the Video: the video is visually compelling with a sophisticated narrative. It's also strange as hell. Human sized flies saving people falling from planes that apparently Trent Reznor blew up. So begins the propaganda for "Flyentology."
About the free Album: Definitve Swim is comprised of previously unreleased and remixed tracks from the Def Jux stable of artists. You've got some El-P, a little Mr. Lif, Cage, a Camu Tao appetizer, Aesop Rock for dessert, and a bunch of courses inbetween. All free tracks with exclusive Adult Swim artwork!
Adult Swim will also start running 30 second spots promoting the video for the next couple of weeks.
