Comedy Central is skating on thin ice in "Reel Comedy: Blades of Glory." This half-hour special premieres on Monday, March 26 at 12:00 a.m.
Comedy Centra's l"Reel Comedy: Blades of Glory" is hosted by comedian Jay Johnston, who visits the set to speak with the film's stars, Will Ferrell and Jon Heder. Ferrell and Heder give Johnston the low-down on their characters, the sweet smell of competition and the world of hot man-on-man ice skating. Johnston also meets up with the film's co-stars Amy Poehler and Will Arnett to hit the ice and get some lessons on figure eights and landing the ever-elusive triple lutz. Paramount's "Blades of Glory" opens in theaters on March 30.
Encore presentations air Tuesday, March 27 at 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 28 at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, March 29 at 12:00 p.m. and 3:30 a.m. and Friday, March 30 at 4:00 p.m.
"Reel Comedy" is Comedy Central's series of specials that provide a unique, in-depth look at the hottest new comedic films. Each half-hour special contains Comedy Central own original concept and story, interviews with the stars and clips from the featured film. Past specials have included the casts of "Wedding Crashers," "Bewitched," "40 Year-Old Virgin" and "Dukes of Hazzard."
