Daddy Yankee Joins Latino 96.3 FM
Thursday, 21 June 2007
Hosted by Joey Medina and Nico Jones, the show will feature special guest, Daddy Yankee, who will be on the air at 8:30 AM to create awareness of the dangers of street racing, driving under the influence & reckless driving.

“Daddy Yankee is one of the pioneers of Puerto Rican Reggaeton and we’re looking forward to having him on the air with us as a special guest,” said Medina and Jones. “He’s clearly one of the most popular artists in the music industry and our listeners are among his most vocal and loyal fans. It’s going to be a great show.”

“I wanted to hook up with Latino 96.3 to make sure that young Latinos arrive alive every where they go this summer. We have already lost too many lives and this is a great opportunity to give awareness to responsibility” said Daddy Yankee.

KXOL-Latino 96.3 FM is an urban radio station that specializes in the latest hip hop and Reggaeton music. It targets both English and Spanish speaking listeners, with the majority of the radio programs broadcasting in either English or “Spanglish.”

Joining the broadcast will be M.A.D.D. (Mother’s Against Drunk Driving) and professional driving instructors to make the audience aware of the risks of driving under the influence and where to take the car racing where it is legal and safe.

Be sure to tune into “Morning Invasion” this Friday, June 22 with Nico Jones, Alysha Del Valle, Joey Medina and their special guest, Daddy Yankee, live. Only on Latino 96.3 your favorite radio station.
