Home Of The Brave Reviewed by: Armando Rojas Movie Rating: Extras Rating: 1 out of 5
Three soldiers struggle to readjust to life at home after returning home from a lengthy tour in Iraq. With a respectable cast with such names like Samuel L. Jackson who plays (Will Marsh) a doctor who served his country as a medical doctor in time of war. You follow him as he tries to search for some sort of peace of mind after treating hundreds of dying soldiers over the years from tour of duty while at the same time he tries to keep his family together. Jessica Biel plays (Vanessa Price) struggling to overcome a dramatic event experience that happened during crossfire in the Irag war, where she lost one of her arms. There’s also Curtis Jackson aka 50 Cent (Jamal Aiken) who tries to overcome murdering someone in war. And Brian Presley plays (Tommy Yates) who tries to overcome a friend that he lost in battle. It’s a good look into the lives of how soldiers deal with issues after they have returned home. Home of the Brave arrives on DVD October 23. The Look: I didn't notice any problems from a video standpoint. There weren't any hits or moments where the picture got pixilated at all. The Sound: English - 5.1 Dolby Digital. Subtitled in English, French and Spanish. Close Captioned. There isn’t any problem from the audio standpoint.
The Packaging: The DVD is pretty standard
