Medal of Honor Heroes 2 (Wii, PSP)

Medal Of Honor: Heroes 2 is a typical WWII-based FPS, as where you’ll be killing seemingly endless waves of Nazi soldiers over the course of eight missions. The missions and objectives are pretty standard, you’ll be operating large cannons and stationary machine guns, launching mortar rockets, there also be a fight in a church, planting charges and pick up important documents.

Players whom have played Medal Of Honor:Vanguard and were disappointed could rejoice in knowing that though the controls aren't totally revamped, they're definitely improved. You move with the analog stick, look around by moving the Wii Remote, and fire with the B button. When you target the enemy you’ll notice that the screen slight turns red, giving you an option to either shoot or raise your weapon and use the sights, also while in this mode you could lean in and out of cover with just tilting the Wii Nunchuk left and right.

The new auto-aim feature that works great, you basically focus on an enemy soldier and then press the Z button to lock on and bam. You can also still move around while remaining locked on to your target.

One interesting feature is in the game's online mode, were Up to 32 players can duke it out online. The game modes aren't groundbreaking, but they're what you'd expect from a Medal of Honor game. The level designs are based on maps from the single-player campaign in the game, which are great even though they've been slightly altered a bit for multiplayer.

MOHH2 control scheme on the PSP is hardly original, but it does it’s best with this First-person shooter on the PSP’s single analog stick. There are several different control schemes to choose from, but my opinion the default controls work the best. You move around with the analog stick, look around with the face buttons, fire with the right shoulder button, and melee with the left shoulder button. You also crouch, reload, change weapons, and zoom all with the D pad.

Heroes 2 on the Wii would be a worthy choice for those who are into First-person shooters. The PSP version sports superbly great graphics, fast-paced gameplay, and smooth controls.  Overall it’s a nice and needed addition to the PSP library of great games.
