ProElite, Inc. a sports entertainment and media company dedicated to producing world-class mixed martial arts (MMA) events, today announced it has signed an agreement with Mill Creek Entertainment to distribute DVDs showcasing ProElite’s premier global MMA brands: Rumble on the Rock, ICON Sport and Cage Rage.

Under the terms of the agreement, events will be distributed to retailers nationwide in the form of multi-event DVD box sets. The first box set will be the Rumble on the Rock “Superstar Collection” (5-event set) featuring MMA superstars Anderson Silva, BJ Penn, “Tank” Abbott, Takanori Gomi and Jake Shields (street date: March 18, 2008). Future DVD box sets will include such superstars as Matt Hughes, Rich Franklin, Robbie Lawler and Vitor Belfort.

“This is an excellent opportunity to leverage our existing library that features three of our premier MMA brands,” said Douglas DeLuca, executive chairman and co-founder of ProElite. “Through the years, the biggest names in the sport have fought in these shows, which, in many cases, will now be available on DVD for the first time.”
