What you’ll expect from Call of Duty 4 is great gameplay with easy controls and of course the storyline has to involve some sort of a terrorist organization. Yes, that’s right, gone is the World War 2 atmosphere and in, is the whole one man trying to rule the world, leaving you the job of taking them out. You’ll play through the eyes of multiple soldiers through different scenarios.
Each map will engage you in massive battles; tanks and bullets flying everywhere just to make it more exciting then the previous entry. COD 4 is not so much of a strategic game, but play it smart and you'll live, where it's about shoot first and asks question later. You’ll fight along some solider who will escort you to your next mission, which is just a way to steer you into the right direction.
The multiplayer has 16 maps and an assortment of game modes, while in battle mostly everything you do earns you experience points, which goes a long way in helping you to upgrade your weapons and class. The Perks and different class really makes going online and getting your ass handed to you worthwhile.
The multiplayer in Call of Duty 4 is held as the best in any First person shooter, with it’s only rival is Halo 3. The single player is great don’t get me wrong what really puts this game in its own league it’s the New 4 downloadable maps.
The names of the new maps are: Broadcast, Creek, Chinatown and Killhouse. All of the maps have their own strength and weakens, and all you snipers out there who sit back in hiding online, beware.
The Good: Great graphics and design. Best FPS multiplayer on the Xbox 360
The Not So Good: Could have focused a little more on single player
Purchase, Rent Or Just play In A Friends House: I’ll suggest to buy this title, it's a great FPS game.
