Giants to Trade Shockey Jeremy Is A Big Mistake
Wednesday, 23 April 2008
I’m tired of the so call experts on TV and in Newspapers saying that The New Giants Should Trade Jeremy Shockey, Are they kidding? Please someone tell me, this is ridicules, Jeremy was the heart on the offensive side for more then half of the season last year.

I know The Giants won the Super Bowl without him, but let’s remember he help them get to the playoffs, also it was the defense that stepped up in the playoffs to help us win game after game.

As good as Eli Manning played lets give credit to the D-line for stopping the Pats offensive. I feel as if Eli wants Shockey to be traded, he never really passes to him as much as he does to Plaxico Burress, which is ashame cause in order for the WR's to get open the TE must be an option that makes defense take note, and that's what Shockey does.

From what I’ve read the Giants are really getting nothing for an all-star caliber Tight End, I mean what an injured Safety and a late round pick, please give me a break. I hope to see Shockey wearing number 80 for the Giants this season catching over the top passes for touchdowns on a regular bases.
