I can recall watching The Muppets on TV when I was maybe 8 years old and I must tell you that watching them again brought back fond memories of a time that all I did was laugh and smile all the time. In season 3 of The Muppet Show we get to see some famous celebrities make an appearance on the show. Celebrities like Raquel Welch, Sylvester Stallone, and rocker Alice Cooper visit Sesame Street.

The best celebrity I must say was Sylvester Stallone. Watching Sly trying to sing with The Muppets is a train wreck. Don’t get me wrong; Sly was funny especially in a sketch where he fights a cowardly lion. I also liked Raquel Welch who comes on the show and sings to Fozzie to give him confidence to perform on the show. Miss Piggy steps into the act by getting at Raquel where she lets it be known “I’m A Woman”.
