The Prince Of Persia is about a Prince trying to find and save his Donkey, named Faraha, in between his quest he meets a young woman named Elika, after knowing that the world is in danger, he does what any good Samaritan would do, go out and save the world with the help of Elika, a princess with magic. Just like the two previous titles, it a great good platformer, which we’ll have you climbing and running on walls, get use to it quick, cause it’s pretty much what you’ll be doing for a large part of the game.

Here’s the object of the game in a nutshell, get to the end of each location where you’ll face off in a boss battle. Once that happens you’ll notice that that location becomes greener, as plants grow and the black and bad ooze stuff leaves.

After you compete a level, you have to go back and collect blue orbs that will enable you with power-ups that unlock new locations. Each level has a set number of blue orbs to collect, making you backtrack the entire level you just competed again.

There aren’t any weapons to find or equip, cause there is just a sword, no upgrade to the combat system either. That a little disappointing, a upgrade of a weapon here and there would have been a nice reward for backtracking levels over again.

Did I mention that you can’t die? Well, you can’t, especially when you miss a jump, Elika will fly in, to the rescue every time, it’s a nice feature to have, but it also makes the game too easy.

The overall graphics of the game are nicely done, as the animations when climbs, running on the walls looks flawless. The worlds are enormous, and beautiful to look at, though you probably won’t have time, when jumping around.
