When I saw Miracle, I was expecting a great movie. After all, this same studio gave us Remember the Titans and The Rookie, both excellent sport movies from Disney. Sports movies are getting harder and harder to make good, but Miracle proves there’s plenty of plots for sports out there. It tells the story of coach Herb Brooks (Kurt Russell) who is coaching the 1980 US Olympic Hockey Team. He brings the least likely batch of players together and unites them as a team and unites a nation as they win the Gold medal.

Kurt Russell should have been nominated for Back draft if you ask me. He also did a damn good job in Tombstone, Deep Blue, the mean season and about 20 other movies. He also did a damn good Elvis for a T.V. movie. It was a powerful film with excellent editing and transitions. Kurt Russell is really good, but he sometimes drops his accent. Nevertheless, this is a must-see movie.

The specific aspects of the Blu-ray:

The Miracle Blu-ray Disc allows movie fans to enjoy the film in high definition format, delivering far more crisply detailed images than standard DVDs. The sounds of Miracle Blu-Ray Disc is extraordinary.

The Audio and visuals of Miracle are really incredible. It sounded perfect as well as the picture looked amazing on my 1080P 40 inch screen TV .
