Overview: Join Emmy(R) and Golden Globe(R) Award winner America Ferrera in the acclaimed comedy that will have you laughing out loud and cheering for TV’s favorite fish out of water. It’s a year of change for Betty and her friends at Mode. With the future of the magazine up in the air, a new roommate and the ever-changing carousel of office relationships spinning faster than ever, Betty’s life is full of surprises. On top of it all, Betty’s move to the big city has her wondering whether she truly belongs in her new fast-paced world. Dive into the vibrant scene of high fashion with the most charismatic cast on television.

In Season 3 of Ugly Betty, we start off with Wilhelmina Slater (Vanessa Williams) reestablishing herself at Mode. Betty Suarez (America Ferrera) works under Wilhelmina.  Then you have Amanda Tanen (Becki Newton) and Marc St. James (Michael Urie) who are always talking behind Betty’s back.  For the most part, when Amanda and Marc feel threaten by Betty’s high school classmate Kimmie Keegan (guest star Lindsay Lohan), that’s when they team up and help Betty get revenge on her. Daniel Meade (Eric Mabius)  deals with a custody battle to keep his son Daniel Jr. in the United States. As for Bett’s father Ignacio, he enters a TV cook-off with celebrity chef Frankie Burrata (Steve Schirripa, “The Sopranos”). Meanwhile, we even get to see Archie (guest star Ralph Macchio) make an appearance as a love interest for Hilda.

Without really giving away too much because I don’t want to spoil anything for you guys. I was satisfied with season 3 of Ugly Betty considering with the writer strike which delayed a few episodes, luckily I got to see some episodes which I missed, it still had its moments of twists and turns. There were nice guest appearances by Christopher Gorham as Henry,  Christine Baranski as Matt’s Mom,  Calvin David Rasche as Hartley, Matt Daniel Eric Gold as Matt, and Jodie Papadakis played by Bernadette Peters, the editor running YETI.

The Bonus Features Included: Going home to New York City, look who keeps popping up video commentary, webisodes, Betty Bloops, alternate takes, deleted scenes. You can experience every episode of Season Three, complete with never-before-seen bonus features, in this six-disc set. Full of fun and bursting with heart, you can’t help but fall for Ugly Betty.
