Overall Impression: I must admit I’m not a huge Saigon fan but he can get busy on that microphone. After listening to the entire album Warning Shots 2, I found it to be decent and enjoyable. For starters positive songs such as Fatherhood and Gotta Believe it which were touching to listen to and he demonstrated to me that they’re still some good rappers who can show that soft side. There are the thugg’d out joints like Aye Aye Aye N*gga and For Some P*ssy Part 1. I still feel that Saigon is missing something as an artist. I’m not going to judge the man but let his music speak for itself. But one thing is for sure, he makes good music for his loyal fans.
