Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars centers around a young man named Huang Lee. Lee was a rich kid that had his life turn upside-down once his Pop was murdered. Huang Lee must return to Liberty City to give his uncle Wu ‘Kenny’ Lee a sword, so that the leadership of the Triads stay in his family, cause his was the leader of the Triads in Liberty City.
Chinatown Wars view is from the top-down perspective, as many veterans of the earlier GTA games will remember. It actually fits well on the PSP, making traversing in the city easy. The GPS system is still useful, as it helps you get around with ease.

A lot of the missions are center on driving missions, making you go from one place to the next also escort missions and drive-bys. There aren’t any voice works, but your treated to some nice stylish comic book style cut-scenes.
Driving is still fun, with solid control mechanics, it’s a smooth and enjoyable ride. Each car handles differently, some more smoother and faster and others handles with less control leading to some interesting chases, but all look great zipping through the town.
One awesome new feature in the series is that normally, in all GTA games, getting away from the police is no easy task, it involves laying low in a spot where the helicopters might not see you, rushing into a Pay ‘n Spray auto shop to change the color of your car. In Chinatown Wars, it was made easier, if you have three stars wanted on screen, destroying three Cop cars will bump it down to a two-star wanted, as destroying Cop cars erases your wanted stars. Destroying the Cop cars can be done by many ways, crashing into them head to head, or making them crash into obstacles or into themselves. One interesting fact is that the wanted stars won’t go back down if you kill the Cop cars by using weapons, only while your inside of the vehicle can the wanted stars come down.
