Twelve-time GRAMMY winner Alicia Keys, Latin GRAMMY winner Daniela Mercury, and current Latin GRAMMY nominee Reik are the latest performers added to the stellar lineup for the 10th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards telecast, it was announced today by The Latin Recording Academy®. In celebration of the 10th anniversary Alicia Keys will join Alejandro Sanz for a special Latin GRAMMY performance. Calle 13 and Ruben Blades‘ performance will feature Cirque du Soleil’s “Mystere,” and Laura Pausini’s number will showcase the daring feats of strength of “Le Reve.” Confirmed to present awards are actress Charytin, actor Aaron Diaz, actress Marlene Favela, Miss Universe 2009 Stefania Fernandez, Latin GRAMMY winner Alejandra Guzman, Pau Dones of Latin rock group Jarabe de Palo, actress Eva Longoria Parker, actress/singer Dulce Maria, and singer/songwriter Rosana. The milestone telecast is set for Nov. 5 at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, and will be broadcast live on the Univision Network from 8 – 11 p.m. ET/PT (7 p.m. Central). So that non Spanish-speaking Latin music fans can enjoy the telecast, closed captioning in English will be available on CC3.
