Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr Review

Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr did a fantastic job with Warhammer 40,000k lore. The design and atmosphere was spot on. If I was to describe the gameplay, it’s very similar to Diablo 3. The Loot system and slow progression held this game back.

Your power rating is depended on the level of your gear, like Destiny’s light system. Missions depend on that to determined how much damage you take and deal, having a power rating lower then the mission, means you do less damage but also take more damage.

The skill tree system is deep, with many options to choose from. It could have been better, as many of the upgrade are just percent based.

Combat biggest flaw was not having a ability to shoot while walking backwards facing your enemies. All classes should have the ability to dodge attacks. Many times your only option is to run away to a safer location.

Game Overview: The game biggest strength is it’s Warhammer 40,000 lore.
