Recently, RZA wrote a book titled Tao of WU, which is available in book stores now. Its an interesting read, I recommend you guys to pick it up. But lately, RZA has been busy filming some upcoming films with mega actors/actresses. Last December 2009, shooting wrapped for the film titled The Next Three Days. RZA was cast for the film along with Russell Crowe who he has worked with previously in the film American Gangster. The Next Three Days is directed by Oscar and Emmy winner Paul Haggis. No release date has been scheduled yet.

Also, RZA will appear in action film Repo Men, which is scheduled for an April 2010 release. As well as for Due Date which is an upcoming road trip/comedy film directed by Todd Phillips and starring Robert Downey, Jr., Zach Galifianakis, Michelle Monaghan, Jamie Foxx and Joel William Gonzales. The Film is in Post-Production and a release is planned for November 5 2010. The plot focuses on two men: a highly strung expectant father (Downey, Jr.) and an aspiring actor (Galifianakis) on a cross country road trip so the father can arrive in time to see his child’s birth.

RZA still plans to produce a remake for The Last Dragon (2010). Two other films that he is being considered for roles in Walks (2010) and Cream (2010) but are still in the development stages. -Written by Edwin Diaz, SoHood.com, So Hood Magazine
